The local Rich River Lavender and Peppertree Bend farm offers country style arts and crafts or for the more adventurous experience the Long Paddock tour,a drive stretching over 600 kilometres along the Cobb Highway from Wilcannia in north west NSW to Moama on the border which has interpretive panels along the route, telling stories of Australia's early pioneering days.

Explore some of the local wineries including the Chanter Estate in the heart of Moama with its 100 year old restored church building which houses a boutique cellar door. This major tourist complex, incorporates a vineyard, tasting room and a selection of wines, Semillon, Chardonnay, Taminga, Shiraz, Mataro, Grenache, all for sale. Finding Our Moama Motel

From Echuca, go across the Murray River bridge to Moama. Through the roundabout - after 800m turn left and you will see the Sportslander Motor Inn on the corner of Cobb Highway & Perricoota Road opposite Shopping Centre.
