Metung Waters Motel and Apartments offers spacious and modern 4 star AAA rated accommodation in the heart of Metung. We have 10 Motel rooms and 4 self-contained apartments, all with spa and private courtyard or balcony. One of our rooms has been designed with facilities for those with disabilities. The room is ground floor and has a shower designed for use with a  wheel chair.  In all other respects, it has the same features as the other Motel rooms, but no spa bath. Property facilities include a landscaped BBQ area and solar heated pool for your enjoyment.

There is ample off-street parking and you won't need your car in the village once you have arrived. A light breakfast basket can be delivered to your room after check in, to enjoy at your leisure the following morning. DVD's are available for hire and guest internet hire is also available during reception hours.

Metung is a picturesque village, on the shores of the Gippsland Lakes, Australia's largest inland waterway. Come and enjoy Victoria's Riviera on 400 square kilometers of protected lakes. Metung Waters is positioned between Lake King to the west and the shores of Bancroft Bay to its east. Patterson Park is adjacent the property, with a children's play area. We are next door to the Post Office, 100 metres to the village store and historic Metung Hotel.

Metung has sandy beaches, a 1.5 kilometre boardwalk and public jetties. The village is a great base for water sports enthusiasts. Whilst in Metung indulge in a skippered cruise or sail, or hire a boat to explore the water yourself. Fish for flathead, mulloway and bream in Bancroft Bay, off Shaving Point and on off the local jetties.

Metung has a milder climate than Melbourne so come and experience the serenity of this waterfront hideaway. Visit our award winning wineries and terrific restaurants or inspect the many artists and sculptors in the area.
