Things to see and do in Lake Munmorah

Lake Munmorah is part of a lake system which extends over 80 kilometres consisting of the Budgewoi, Munmorah and Tuggerah lakes. The lakes are protected from the ocean by a sand peninsula making the area shark free and tranquil great for swimming, boating, water skiing, canoeing and sail-boarding. Patrolled beaches and surrounding reserves also make for great nature-walks and exploring.
 
Fisherman will enjoy the wide variety of marine life available. This includes prawns, crabs, blackfish, bream, flathead, flounder, jewfish, mullet, tailor or tarwhine.

There is a large golf course located just 15 minutes drive  from the motel for those who want to enjoy a lakeside golf course. Tennis courts are conveniently located a block away with other sports facilities located around town.

The famous Hunter Valley wineries are only a 40 minute drive.

Finding Our Central Coast Motel

From Sydney, Lake Munmorah is located just 56 minutes north on the F3.

From the North, travel South down the Sydney-Newcastle Freeway until Morisset exit and turn onto Mandalong Road.

Greyhound buses pass the door. The closest railway station is Wyee. approx 15min drive.
