Things to Do in Port Campbell

Port Campbell is a popular tourist destination as it sits halfway along the Great Ocean Road very close to the world famous 12 Apostles. This seaside village is based around the tree-lined strip of Lord Street and features cafes, restaurants and specialty shops.

The coast around Port Campbell is steep with rocky cliffs with white sandy beaches in bays at the base of many of these cliffs. A few minutes drive brings you to the rocky platform of London Bridge, the Loch Ard Gorge, and Gibson's Steps. Perhaps the most renowned of all the Great Ocean Rd's attractions is the Twelve Apostles. These limestone stacks form a breath taking seascape that has enthralled visitors from every country.

Take the Discovery Walk from the local beach or for the more adventurous explore the Great Ocean Walk, which extends some 90 kilometres along the coast between Apollo Bay and the 12 Apostles. Guided bus tours are available to explore and learn more about this amazing section of the Shipwreck Coast.
