  The Cooee is a modern, well maintained brick motel set on 3.5 acres of natural bush land, right on the Newell Highway in Gilgandra, the units are true 3.5 star and the service is friendly. All units are ground floor, non smoking, have Queen sized beds, split type reverse cycle air-conditioning, AUSTAR, colour TV, tea/coffee facilities, toaster, electric blanket. The Cooee is now licensed with a range of liquor available at Reception. Every unit has undercover car parking and there is off street parking for light trucks and trailers. Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities and BBQ area. Home-style evening meals (6pm - 9pm) and breakfasts are served to the rooms.
