Telegraph Point
Telegraph Point is 20K north Port Macquarie, or 30k south of Kempsey, on the Pacific Highway. Telegraph Point sits on the banks of the Wilson River, which is a focal point in the town's logging history. South of Telegraph Point is Cairncross State Forest and to the north is Ballengarra State Forest, both of which supplied timber for export.
Today, Telegraph Point is famous for nature sports with water skiing and wake boarding, mountain bike riding, bush walking, four-wheel-driving and more.
